Our “free lunch” corner gives you the opportunity to test your options trading knowledge and win a lunch – on us.
Every month, right here, we will post a question (or two) relating to options trading theory, strategies, or as it relates to the week’s market action and conditions.
Answer the question (s) correctly and leave us your email (your phone number is only optional) and enter the free lunch contest.
Once every month we will randomly pick out one name, from visitors who answered correctly, and send them a check for $15 (hey, if $15 doesn’t buy you a decent lunch - you should consider moving or changing your lunch menu).
Here is this month's question – good luck!
The rate of time decay:

B. Decreases if the option is in the money
C. Increases if the market moves away from the option
